Terrible company. My leasing company contracted them for an emergency fix on my AC and it wasn't completed. They even sent me a survey as if the job was completed. When i called the phone tech pretty much lied saying they needed approval from my company and when i called the leasing company they said they had no estimate waiting. Funny they didn’t have the same issue when they came to fix my AC last time. But today is different? This company employs a bunch of liars. When rightfully upset the person on the phone even laughed. It’s 107 degrees outside and 90 inside. This is no laughing matter!

I do not recommend this business at all. Allison canceled my work order due to stating I was being “rude” because I was following up with a work order. That specific day it was over 105 in PHX. She refuse having. Tech come back out to service my place. And left my family in an urgent state. This is inhumane and disgusting from a business and human point of view. The tech was very helpful and efficient. Take your money somewhere else.lI had to edit my post to reply to you guys. You should take the time to review all the calls and see your employees customer service skills. I have all the emails and approvals as well. They even approved the replacement of the whole unit. Somewhere here there was an issue. Regardless, I had to drive 5 hours to my nearest family to cool down while I wait for a repair. I was shocked to hear the reasoning of “ refusal” from your company. When I only spoke to Allison. She seems agravated when I called her for a scheduling time. She responded “ we just got this assigned 39 seconds ago , I’ll call you back with a time”. Never called back. I called back and she said she was still working on it. The day went by I called management and they said it was a “ refused”.

my home needed a new ac in may. then my office needed one in june. i got 3 estimates for myself. i got 4 for my work. Luxury Air Conditioning & plumbing made me audibly laugh at the other estimates. good company who only works on word of mouth. and holy smokes did i see that in the estimate. its so clear who is spending all their profits on marketing and expecting the customer to pay. then there is luxury air, who actually takes the time to find their customers the best deal.

If you come across a contractor by the name of JAY GONZALEZ. Looks white and is a middle aged man. DO NOT LET HIM TOUCH YOUR UNIT. ASK FOR SOMEONE ELSE. Jay convinced me to allow him to personally install and care for my new AC unit because he apparently was starting his own side business and is an expert at what he does. He has cost me nothing but problems. Didn't seal my AC unit which caused a $4k in damages and leaks. Instead of fixing his errors he's done nothing but dodge me and make empty promises to fix things. Haven't seen or spoken to him in over a year, but I called someone to take a look at my AC and they sure did have a field day with all the problems they found. Not only did Jay NEVER fix the issues, but his errors resulted in mold growing on our unit which has now been circulating in our house for over a year. I'm not trying to bash this company but I know he has worked for you in the past and if he is still on your payroll, I hope you realize his true character and understand that he will cost you and your customers money in the long run.

These guys are hands down the best AC company in Az! Our unit broke down and it was over 90 in our house. Allison was amazing and kept things moving with scheduling and getting the quote done all so quickly, even getting on the phone with me after hours to ensure a fast turnaround time. Jose and Rayson were here within 24 hrs and worked in this heat to get everything completed. We are so grateful to this team. Everyone was so friendly and professional and hard working!
